Apple expressed grief towards those who were affected by the flood and lent a helping hand in a way that it will repair any iPhones, Macs, iPods, and iPads for free which are damaged by the flood.

Though it is not under the policy of Apple to cover the damages that are caused by water, it has offered free repair as a cause of nobility.

In the supporting article, Apple said that all the possible attempts will be made to repair any damaged gadget. For this, the user can claim for service by calling the Apple telephone support on 0120-27753-5. One can also send the product by courier. Online requests are not supported. This claim would not include accessories. The consumer is required to provide with an ownership proof. Due to ongoing conditions, the pickup and delivery times of the courier may be affected.
