NFU Mutual Enhances Customer Service by Moving to Guidewire Cloud Platform

NFU Mutual has announced plans to migrate its core insurance systems to Guidewire Cloud Platform, strengthening its commitment to improved customer service and digital transformation. This strategic shift enables the insurer to modernize its on-premises deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite into a scalable, secure cloud environment that enhances operational agility and supports faster updates.

The migration to Guidewire Cloud marks a further step in a long-standing partnership between NFU Mutual and Guidewire, which has supported the UK rural insurer for more than 15 years. The cloud-based platform is expected to deliver significant benefits, including streamlined policy and data management, more efficient digital services for customers and agents, and strengthened support for future growth initiatives.

In addition to moving core systems to the cloud, NFU Mutual plans to invest in advanced data capabilities through the Guidewire Data Platform, which captures comprehensive business data to generate actionable insights. The Jutro Digital Platform will help shorten time-to-market for product and feature updates by instantly exposing them across digital customer channels.
