RNA represents Ribonucleic Acid. It is one of the major organic macromolecules that is fundamental for all known types of life. It performs different significant natural jobs identified with protein blend, for example, record, disentangling, guideline, and articulation of qualities.

Structure of RNA

It is a solitary abandoned particle made out of ribonucleotides. Like DNA, It has three parts:

• A Nitrogenous Base: It can be adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), or uracil (U).

• A Phosphate Group: It is appended to the 3' position of one ribose and 5' position of the following ribose.

The nucleotides of RNA are joined to each other through covalent bonds that exist between the phosphate of one atom and the sugar of another particle. This linkage between nucleotides is called phosphodiester linkage or bond.

Type of RNA
